I am very late to this review, my girlfriend and I were visiting Prague in September 2023. Alena help me plan and execute my surprise proposal without any issues. Alena was at the location ready to go when she said she would be. She is a kind and patient person, not to mention a very talented photographer. Makes such a big difference when person loves their job and are so passionate about it. Really recommend Alena as a photographer in Prague, very professional and thoughtful.On the day of our photoshoot it was raining and Alena managed to find time to squedule shoot for us for another day checking the weather conditions in early morning . К сожалению, поделюсь негативным опытом. Алёна не отдала фотографии вовремя (а ждали мы их полтора месяца). В последний день оговорённого срока не посчитала нужным даже написать и извиниться. На наше вежливое сообщение, которое мы написали уже на следующий день, ответила хамством. Сказала, что начала уже работать над фотографиями, но ничего обещать не может, ведь они не делаются 5 минут. Что делала Алена полтора месяца - не понятно. Очень неприятно осознавать, что фотографии, которые ты так ждёшь с одного из важнейших событий в жизни, будут сделаны на скорую руку за пару дней. Выслала фотографии Алена через три дня после условленного срока. Качество оставляло желать лучшего :( Особенно несколько не резких фотографий, фокус не на объекте съемки. Опять же на вежливую просьбу как-то это исправить (возможно поискать среди отснятого материала фотографию с правильным фокусом), Алена ответила, что все фотографии сделаны качественно, так было задумано и других фотографий нет :( Сложилось впечатление, что Алене абсолютно все равно, останется ли ее клиент доволен...

A year ago, my husband and I spent a weekend in Prague to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. I had long wanted to try another photo shooting, because we didn't get a lot of nice pictures at our wedding day due to time limitations. Alena did an absolutely stellar job in creating both nicely composed and natural-looking photos despite the two of us not being the most photogenic subjects. Я долго искала фотографа в Праге, среди всех выбрала Алёну и осталась очень довольна своим решением! С самого начала она ответила подробно на все мои вопросы (оказывается, не все это могут, что меня удивило, но это не про Алёну!), затем помогала мне в выборе одежды, так как у меня возникли некоторые трудности с этим, помогла определиться с маршрутом в соответствии с моими пожеланиями, предложила прекраснейший сад, о котором я не знала. В момент выбора маршрута я решилась на более длительную фотосессию, так как поняла, что хочется охватить больше знаковых мест в Праге! Во время самой фотосессии мне было очень комфортно с Алёной, она приятная в общении и вежливая, никаких проблем не возникло, впечатления от процесса фотографирования исключительно положительные, это был практически мой первый подобный опыт, и мне было очень легко и интересно! Я не умею позировать, и Алёна говорила мне, куда встать и как, что исправить, так что в итоге фотографии получились разнообразными и оригинальными. Так же учитывала и все мои пожелания, конечно же. Когда я получила фотографии, то была так довольна ими, они просто чудесные!!! А некоторые с первого же просмотра особенно запали в душу, настолько они получились необычными на мой взгляд! На поиски фотографа мы первым делом отправились в Instagram, забивая различные хэштеги вроде #фотографпрага Именно так мы и вышли на страницу Алёны Гуренчук, чьи работы выделялись на фоне остальных - атмосферные, живые и тёплые. А ещё нам очень понравился её сайт с портфолио и подробным описанием цен на услуги. Во время личного общения Алёна посоветовала локацию и лучшее время суток для съемки. Мы встретились ранним утром на пустынном Карловом мосту. Наша фотосессия пролетала настолько быстро, легко и непринуждённо. Мы с мужем кормили чаек, танцевали и смеялись от души, кружились рядом с лебединой стаей, загадывали желания у статуй, а вовсе не стояли в застывших и искусственных позах. Алёна лишь аккуратно нас направляла. А ещё показывала не истоптанные толпами туристов волшебные места города, такие как Вояновы сады с живущими там павлинами, например. За всё это мы безумно благодарны! Наша семья осталась в полнейшем восторге как от процесса, так и от полученных фотографий. Теперь Прага навсегда останется в нашей памяти и сердцах �

Alena was such an amazing photographer. She was super friendly which allowed me to feel comfortable and pose! She also had lots of posing advice so I didn’t feel lost at all. All the locations she took me to were absolutely beautiful and stunning.
Her time suggestions for the photoshoot were perfect because the pictures have a golden glow to it and I don’t regret waking up early at all.
I 100% recommended Alena. She truly is one of the most inspiring photographers I have met.
