В своей работе я стараюсь запечатлеть не просто фотографии, но эмоции, истории и воспоминания, которые делают каждого человека и каждую семью по-настоящему уникальными. I am very late to this review, my girlfriend and I were visiting Prague in September 2023. Alena help me plan and execute my surprise proposal without any issues. Alena was at the location ready to go when she said she would be. She is a kind and patient person, not to mention a very talented photographer. If I had to plan this all over again I would certainly choose her services again. Sorry for the late review and thank you again.

Alena was photographing our secret proposal in Prague and it was perfect. She was extremely professional. She proposed couple of places and took the initiative to visit the place and see where it is best for photographing. I wanted the proposal to be secret and she played the role perfectly. What a great way to experience Prague! Alena was very prompt with her communication, and the day-of experience was very smooth. I contacted Alena about a month before my planned proposal in Prague. She was very communicative and supportive. She even went to the proposal spot the day before the proposal to send me the photo/ video to show me what the lighting is like. The proposal day itself went perfect, it went as a complete surprise to my partner. The photos and video was excellent. Through the photo shoot after the proposal, she gave us lots of good tips and cues for the photos. I would highly recommend her.

Prague is definitely my favorite City so far and obviously for my wedding "trash the dress" Fotoshooting I've wanted to take pictures in Prague, well if you want a Fotoshooting, with memorable fotos, i definitely recommend Alena Gurenchuk!! If you come unprepared with no positions ideas, well there's no problem, because Alena is really creative and also spontaneous. She is a nice person and really good at her job! So, do not hesitate to contact her so long you're in Prague and you want beautiful and unique pictures!

A year ago, my husband and I spent a weekend in Prague to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. I had long wanted to try another photo shooting, because we didn't get a lot of nice pictures at our wedding day due to time limitations. Alena did an absolutely stellar job in creating both nicely composed and natural-looking photos despite the two of us not being the most photogenic subjects. She is also not just a good photographer, but a very nice and gentle person, perfect for people who are a bit shy in front of the camera! We're still absolutely in love with the pictures we got out of this shooting and would do it again anytime.

К сожалению, поделюсь негативным опытом. Алёна не отдала фотографии вовремя (а ждали мы их полтора месяца). В последний день оговорённого срока не посчитала нужным даже написать и извиниться. На наше вежливое сообщение, которое мы написали уже на следующий день, ответила хамством. Сказала, что начала уже работать над фотографиями, но ничего обещать не может, ведь они не делаются 5 минут. Что делала Алена полтора месяца - не понятно. Очень неприятно осознавать, что фотографии, которые ты так ждёшь с одного из важнейших событий в жизни, будут сделаны на скорую руку за пару дней. Выслала фотографии Алена через три дня после условленного срока. Качество оставляло желать лучшего 🙁 Особенно несколько не резких фотографий, фокус не на объекте съемки. Опять же на вежливую просьбу как-то это исправить (возможно поискать среди отснятого материала фотографию с правильным фокусом), Алена ответила, что все фотографии сделаны качественно, так было задумано и других фотографий нет 🙁 Сложилось впечатление, что Алене абсолютно все равно, останется ли ее клиент доволен...
